Thermosetting powder coating

Thermosetting powder coating offers a decent layer of electric insulation and corrosion protection. The high film build of powder coating can provide a uniform layer of high voltage electric insulation to critical components such as battery cooling components, bus bars, and battery top covers.

Electrocoat

With great applied cost and excellent coverage, our e-coat technology ensures robust corrosion and dielectric protection to battery components. It can be layered with powder coatings or fire-retardant intumescent coatings to provide extra dielectric and fire protection for EV batteries.

Industrial liquid coatings

Specialty liquid coating technologies include urethane or epoxy liquid coating for battery components, UV coatings to insulate high throughput battery components, and thermal insulation and fire protection coatings for battery thermal management.
